Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage day-to-day account operations and ensure timely delivery of services/products.

Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects according to client expectations.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities, and support upselling/cross-selling.
