Privacy policy
Draft for review. This text must be checked by a legal advisor (including against India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) before launch; it becomes editable from the admin panel in a later release.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, optional mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Profile and resume: the career information and files you choose to add.
- Activity: jobs you view, save and apply to, searches and alerts you create.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and log information used for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
- To run your account, show relevant jobs and deliver your applications to employers.
- To send the emails you ask for (verification codes, application updates, job alerts).
- To keep the platform safe, investigate reports and prevent abuse.
Who can see your data
- An employer sees your application, profile and attached resume only for jobs you apply to.
- Your email address and mobile number are never shown publicly.
- Resumes are stored privately and can only be downloaded by you and the employers you applied to.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- Edit or remove your profile information at any time.
- Change your profile visibility, and unsubscribe from alerts with one click.
- Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account from your account settings.
